Expose the Left
January 22, 2006

After giving the Bush administration the blame for not capturing bin Laden when we apparently had him “cornered” (ignoring the fact that Clinton was able to take him out but choose not too because it would hurt innocent life), Kerry congratulated the al-Qaeda on their successful terrorist tactics in “Iraq and elsewhere” around the world:

JOHN KERRY: The al Qaeda, the front page story in The New York Times today is stronger in that region than it was so, yes, we have not been attacked here. Many people surmise the reason we haven’t been attacked here is because they’re being so successful at doing what they need to attack us in Iraq and elsewhere.

Michelle Malkin says the ‘F’ in his name stands for failure and has spliced the segment to get a clip of him congratulating al-Qaeda.

Later in the interview Kerry gives some bogus reason why he will vote against Alito (via Blogs for Bush):

Kerry, the failed Democratic nominee for president in 2004, also voted against now-Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. But Alito, Kerry said Sunday, goes even farther than Roberts in undermining established legal precedents.

Matt at Blogs for Bush comments on Kerry’s hypocrisy:

I guess that means Kerry thinks that slavery and segregation should still be legal because they were “established legal precedents.”

    Dishonest debate: Right-wing bloggers mischaracter…

Blogs on both sides of the spectrum engage in a regular pattern of dishonest debate. The willfully mischaracterize comments by “the other side” to castigage and villify political opponents, but in a most dishonest way. It’s another reason why so many…..

John Kerry sided with the North Vietnamese after he shot a VC in the back. So why are we surprised that he supports another enemy of the US?

Is anyone else as scared to death as I am that half of this country is so naive and uninformed that this total jerk almost became our president? Does half of this country really want us to go under? I just don’t get it.

[...] Folks, we’ve heard this from Cindy Sheehan, we’ve heard this from John Kerry, we’ve heard this from Arianna Huffington, we’ve heard it from Howard Dean, and we constantly hear it from the left side of the blogosphere. Speaking out against our troops is nothing new for the Democratic party, it is now their agenda. [...]
